Our Story
With over a decade in the event industry, we have worked on a wide range of events, from grand launches and music festivals to business gatherings. Through years of managing corporate events, we discovered that the real pain points for companies in organizing events are not always securing a budget or coming up with a great idea—it is managing logistics and ensuring that everyone, from suppliers to stakeholders, is fully prepared.
We also learned that many companies, particularly startups and SMEs, are eager to host events but often lack the necessary resources. And while event management software exists, most solutions primarily cater to experienced event professionals. Driven by this gap, we built Eva with a clear vision: to empower anyone, regardless of experience, to host successful events with ease.
